In view of the statement made by learned AGA that charge-sheet has also been submitted on 19.11.2023 in the matter, which is not under challenge, we decline to interfere in the present writ petition filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No.177 of 2023 under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 3 & 4 Protection of Rights on Marriage for Muslim Women, 2019, Police Station-Galshaheed, District-Moradabad. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Dismissal of this writ petition, however, does not preclude the petitioners from seeking appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the competent forum.
