¶1This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-Bank to allow the petitioner to pay off the loan in easy installments.

¶2Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has submitted that the date for auction is fixed for tomorrow. Learned counsel for the Bank, therefore, states that as per the judgment of the Supreme Court in Celir LLP vs. Bafna Motor (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. reported in AIR 2023 SC 4568 no interference can be made by this Court.

¶3We find substance in the submissions of learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

¶4In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Celir LLP (supra), no interference can be made.
