¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 shall looked and enquire the matter regarding constructions of the house in Arazi No.134 which has been allotted to the petitioner's grand mother-in-law in year 1990 is being restrained by some person and take decision on the application dated 23.08.2023 (annexure no.4)."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Bhadohi to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
