8.11.2023 under which he has been transferred from district Siddharth Nagar to Santkabir Nagar. The petitioner's grievance is that he is having medical problem and therefore, he ought to have been retained at Siddharth Nagar for some more time in view of transfer policy. He further submits that he has already represented the matter before the higher authority, namely, Chief Conservator of Forest, Gorakhpur Circle, Gorakhpur that has been forwarded to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Head of Department, U.P. Lucknow on 17th November, 2023. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that since pertinent has over stayed at Siddharth Nagar, his cannot be retained at the same station, inasmuch as, petitioner has already stood relieved on 2nd December, 2023. Regarding representation, learned Standing Counsel submits that the representation can be directed to be decided in accordance with law. Since, now petitioner has stood relieved on 2nd December, 2023 and has been staying at Siddhart Nagar since 2006, I do not see any justification to grant indulgence in the matter, however, in the event petitioner makes representation within a week thereafter, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a further period of three weeks by means of reasoned and speaking order.
