¶1None appeared on behalf of the petitioner, even in the revised call.

¶2Heard Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, Shri Ujjawal Satsangi, learned counsel for the informant, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 11.5.2023, registered at Case Crime No.0207 of 2023, under Sections 386, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi.

¶3At the outset, learned counsel for the informant states that the charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case, which has already been challenged by the accused by filing Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No.36009 of 2023, and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
