¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to ensure payment of insured amount of Rs.5 lacs to the petitioner under the 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana' within stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court with market rate of interest. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 20.07.2023 moved by the petitioner before respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Jaunpur expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves fresh representation ventilating his grievances to the authority concerned within one week, the same shall be proceed under the scheme in question in further six weeks.
