¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anant Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.

¶2The petitioner has preferred present petition inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 30.09.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.6, Allahabad in Transfer Application No.541 of 2023 (Smt. Raghuraji Devi Vs. Union of India).

¶3After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to direct the court below to decide the Misc. Civil Appeal No.95 of 2015 expeditiously.

¶4Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.

¶5In the facts and circumstances of the case and without interfering with the order, which is under challenged in the present petition, the petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid appeal strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and positively within a period of four months but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
