¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present writ petition seeking quashing of the first information report dated 05.05.2022, giving rise to Case Crime No. 205 of 2022, under Section 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, Police Station-Jhunsi, District-Prayagraj.

¶3The F.I.R. which is sought to be quashed has been lodged under the NDPS Act, which is a heinous offence.

¶4This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
