The present petition has been filed praying for a certiorari to quash the order dated 16.11.2023. The document, which the petitioner refers as an order, has been annexed as Annexure No. 7 to the petition. A perusal of the document annexed with the petition shows that it is not an order, but merely a communication of the order of the Chairman of the Board to the petitioner. When confronted with the aforesaid, the counsel for the petitioner prays that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the orders referred in the communication dated 16.11.2023.
