¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner who is working as Lab Technician on contractual basis under the National Health Mission and currently posted at Community Health Centre, Etah is aggrieved by the transfer order and he submits that employees working under the National Health Mission are appointed to a particular place and cannot be transferred. He submits that similar controversy has traveled to this Court and this Court has passed final order on 21.08.2023 in Writ-A No.12725 of 2023 quashing the transfer order.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the above fact.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the directions issued by this Court in Writ-A No.12725 of 2023 and in the circumstances, transfer order dated 05/06.10.2023 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Etah is hereby quashed.
