Petitioner has been implicated in Case Crime No.158 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station-Dullahpur, District-Ghazipur. The allegation in the F..I.R. is that minor daugther of the informant has been enticed by the accused-petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that previously also an F.I.R. was lodged and the statement of the victim was recorded. Be that as it may, the victim is not before this Court. It is not clear as to whether she has been recovered or not. Prima-facie allegation with regard to commissioning of cognizable offence is clearly disclosed in the impugned F.I.R., and, therefore, the prayer made to quash it, is rejected and the petition is dismissed.
