¶1None appeared either on behalf of the applicant or on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. However, learned AGA for the State-respondent is present.

¶2On 28.11.2023 trial court was directed to submit report with regard to the current status of the trial.

¶3Pursuant to the order passed by this Court trial court transmitted its report and from its perusal, it reflects that applicant has already been acquitted by the trial court on 22.3.2021 and therefore, it appears that the instant bail application has become infructuous.
