¶1Heard Shri Shubham Kumar holding brief of Shri Ashish Goyal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri G.P. Sing, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 07.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 183 of 2023 under Sections 323, 147, 506 IPC, Police Station Barhan District Agra.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet No. 177 of 2023 has already been submitted on

16.11.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
