Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. The petitioner who is working as Group-D employee with the respondents, claims benefit in terms of pay fixation after conferment of benefit as per Assured Career Progression Scheme under the relevant Government Order. He submits that for the purpose of first benefit called as ACP benefit. He has already spent requisite period of more than 14 years in the establishment as per Government order dated 21st May, 2014 and in this regard he has already represented before the High Authority, namely, District Panchayat Raj OfÏcer, district Kushinagar on 12th April, 2023, but nothing has been done in the matter till date. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection if the representation being accorded due consideration in accordance with law. In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the District Panchayat Raj OfÏcer, Kushinagar to look into and consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order by means of reasoned and speaking order.
