Munir,J. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in Court today by Ms. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is taken on record. Let it be numbered by the office. Heard Ms. Diksha Verma, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner in support of this petition. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.11.2023 passed by the Additional General Manager (HR, MM & CPIO), Registered and Corporate Office, ITI Bhawan, Doorvani Nagar, Bengaluru, cancelling the earlier transfer order dated 17.10.2023 and posting the petitioner to Bikaner, Rajasthan. The petitioner is an Assistant Manager in Indian Telephone Industries, Naini, Prayagraj. He was transferred vide order dated 17.10.2023 to Leh. Before the said order could be complied with, the present transfer order has been passed, transferring the petitioner to Bikaner. The petitioner had made out a case that his wife is 56 years old and the petitioner is 58 years old. He is just two years away from retirement. Posting the petitioner, under the circumstances, to a station 1200 kms. away from his current station, where his family lives, would work immeasurable injustice. Upon hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the order of transfer, that is impugned, is nothing more than an incident of service. Whatever be the petitioner's difficulties, those are matters to be considered by the employers, and not this Court in exercise of our writ jurisdiction. Nevertheless, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has represented his case to Assistant General Manager (HR) Indian Telephone Industires, Bikaner, Rajasthan, a copy of which is annexed at Page No. 10 of the supplementary affidavit to the representation dated 28.11.2023. In the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner's representation shall be decided by the Assistant General Manager

(HR) Indian Telephone Industires, Bikaner, Rajasthan within two weeks of receipt of a copy of this order and the result communicated to the petitioner at his current address at Prayagraj within a week.
