¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The sole prayer in the writ petition is that the Misc. Application /Case No. 275 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. D202201500000275) Tata Capital Financial Services Limited vs. Manish Yadav & Others, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.

¶3Sri Ankur Tandon, learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.

¶4Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case we direct the respondent No.3, Additional District Magistrate, Finance & Revenue, Mathura to decide the case of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
