23.3.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 84 of 2023, under Sections-302, 120-B IPC, Police Station-Afzalgarh, District-Bijnor. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon a perusal of the record, we find that the offence alleged in the impugned F.I.R. is of one u/s 302 I.P.C. which is a heinous offence, therefore, this Court is not inclined to even entertain the petition.
