¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to 6 not to interfere in the peaceful life of the petitioner.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to restrain the respondent no.4 to 6 for illegal interference in the peaceful personal life of the petitioner."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner prefers fresh representation ventilating her grievances to respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur within one week, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
