The petitioner had challenged the proceedings under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, on the basis that the award dated 29.7.2023 had not been complied with. Learned counsel for the Bank Sri Punit Kumar Gupta, however, states that on 29.11.2023, the petitioner had been informed that there was no scheme with regard to coming to a One Time Settlement. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
