The counsel for the Bank has informed that the amount which was deposited as per the deposit slips dated 5.1.2015 and 20.5.2015 have been adjusted towards the credit balance. Learned counsel for the Bank has informed that now the balance amount which is payable is Rs.14,38,547/- However, learned counsel for the petitioner disputes this amount. If that is the case, the petitioner is free to approach the Arbitrator as per the provisions of U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
