Judgment
Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 20597 of 2023 Petitioner :- Bhoopendra Singh And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kailash Prakash Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated
18.6.2023 on the ground that relieving order has been passed after expiry of six months time. He submits that relieving order of which petitioner is sought to be relieved, passed not in a mid session but for no justifiable reason, it can have been issued on such delayed time. This controversy of the delayed relieving order pursuant to transfer order has already stood settled by this Court in Writ A No. 20131 of 2023. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the legal proposition discussed by this Court with regard to transfer orders in Writ A No. 20131 of 2023 and directions issued in favour of such employees. In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ A No. 20131 of 2023 and accordingly order of transfer dated 18.06.2023 and order of relieving dated 20.11.2023 are hereby quashed.
