¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Dutta Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to decide his representations dated 01.05.2023 and 05.08.2023.

¶3At the outset, it has been stated at Bar that the facts involved in the present case are exactly similar to those in the case of 'Gurdarshan Singh vs. Project Director Indian National Highway Authority And 2 Others' 2023 AHC 155553 DB.
