¶1For last one month notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 11.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 203 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Right to Protection of Women) Act, 2019, P.S. Pakbada, District Moradabad.

¶3No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶4Sri Rakesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶5Learned counsel appearing for informant submits that initially the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court vide order dated 14.7.2023, however, the petitioners have not deposited requisite amount of Rs. 25,000/-, which is also reflected from the Mediation Centre report.

¶6In such view of the matter, interim order, if any, stands vacated.
