¶1Heard Shri Atmaram Nadiwal, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri H.K,. Kushwaha, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0471 of 2023, under Sections 406, 506 IPC, Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet No. A478 of 2023 has already been submitted on

28.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
