¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Nitesh Patel, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel for Electricity Department.

¶2For the reliefs the present petition has been filed, it has been informed that the petitioner has already approached the Consumer Redressal Forum by means of an application dated 14.06.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that the aforesaid Forum is functional and is being chaired by Chief Engineer.

¶4Under such circumstances, we direct that the application dated

14.06.2023 of the petitioner pending before the Consumer Redressal Forum be decided within one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
