¶1'Vakalatnama' filed by Sri Subhash Chandra, Advocate on behalf of the respondent no. 4 today, is taken on record.

¶2Heard Sri Sudhir Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Subhash Chandra, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and Sri L.D. Rajbhar, learned AGA for the State.

¶3The petitioner no. 1 (Lalit Pathak), petitioner no. 2 (Smt. Varsha Kumari) and respondent no. 4 (Santosh Kumar), are present before this court in-person, having been identified by their counsels.

¶4I interacted with the corpus in open court as well as in the privacy of my chamber. She categorically stated that she is not willing to accompany and reside with any person other than her father-Santosh Kumar. She further stated that she is not under any undue restraint, duress or detention by her father or any member of her family.
