We find that F.I.R. in Case Crime No.422 of 2023 under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra Commissionerate since is lodged on 23.08.2023 and there is no unusual delay in investigation, we are not required to issue any direction to the Investigating Authority in the matter. Even otherwise remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate who can supervise the investigation. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C,this petition is consigned to records.
