Learned AGA points out that investigation has already concluded in the present case and since the petitioner was absconding as such charge-sheet has been submitted against him in the matter. Since charge-sheet is stated to have been submitted in the matter and the FIR is otherwise is of the year 2019, we are not inclined to entertain the petition any further in view of the statement made by learned AGA. Leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in respect of the charge-sheet before the competent forum, this petition is consigned to records. Order Date :- 14.12.2023 C.
