Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press prayer no.1 since letter has already been sent on 16.11.2023 to the concerned Regional Level Committee. In view of the above, he only presses prayer no.2 which reads as under: "II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the objection of petitioner before granting approval to the election of Committee of Management, Janta Inter Collect, Bohich Meerapur, District Bulandshahr allegedly held on 3.11.2023." It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the objection of the petitioner before granting approval to the election of Committee of Management, Janta Inter Collect, Bohich Meerapur, District Bulandshahr allegedly held on 3.11.2023 in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.
