This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No. 248 of 2023, under Sections 308, 325 and 504 I.P.C., Police Station-Mataundh, District Banda. We have perused the F.I.R. which contains allegation with regard to the injuries being caused to the informant's side on his head and other parts of the body. The injury reports are also on record. Prima facie, commissioning of cognizable offence, since is clearly disclosed, the prayer made to quash the F.I.R. is declined. Writ petition is dismissed.
