¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

¶2The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the court below to decide the Original Suit No.478 of 2018 (Smt.Geeta Chaddha Vs. Harvindar Sngh Kalsi) as well as application filed in the aforesaid Original Suit under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. expeditiously.

¶3In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid original suit as well as application strictly in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months unless there is no legal impediment.
