¶1Heard counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the order has already been passed on 05th December, 2023 which is likely to be challenged in the appropriate proceedings. He further states that the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and prays that the same may be dismissed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available in law.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available in law.
