¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Kushi Nagar at Padrauna to decide the Sessions Trial No.888 of 2022 (State Vs. Husain and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 177 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 354, 366, 376 and 120B IPC, Police Station Sevrahi, District Kushi Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the present case, applicant is the first informant and charges against the accused have been framed on

24.05.2023, however since then, trial has been pending disposal and the same has not yet been concluded.

¶4In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two years from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in concluding the aforesaid trial.
