¶1Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the First Information Report dated 21.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0863 of 2023, under Sections 147, 307, 427, 504, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria. Furthre prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR.

¶2For last four weeks notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed-over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶3Case called out. No one is present to press this petition. Learned AGA is present for the State-respondents.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
