¶1Heard Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2At the outset, it has been stated that on identical facts, interference claim was declined and Writ-C No. 41011 of 2023 (2023 AHC 225322 DB) dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to that petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.

¶3In view of similarity of facts, on prayer made, the present writ petition is also dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned award in accordance with law.
