¶1The grievance of the petitioners is regarding certain facts that the petitioner no. 1 is being harassed and assaulted by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 by acts which may be a offence under the Indian Penal Code.

¶2The petitioners have a remedy to either get a first information report registered in the concerned police station or file an application u/s 156 (3) Cr.P.C.

¶3It is not a case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
