¶1Heard Shri Pravina Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned State Law Officer for the State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking transfer of the investigation of Case Crime No. 280 of 2015, under Sections 279, 338, 304-A I.P.C., P.S. Hapur Dehat, District Hapur to any other independent agency.

¶3Learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submitted that the F.R. No. 97 of 2022 has been forwarded on 22.11.2022, in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
