¶1Heard counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners in support of his submissions has placed reliance upon the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in bunch of the matter leading Writ-C No. 32632 of 2023 (Smt. Chand Kapoor & 39 others v. State of U.P. & 05 others) and states that the present matter is squarely covered with the aforesaid order and prays that, on the same terms, the present writ petition may be disposed of.

¶3So far as the factual and legal aspects of the matter, the same has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
