¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.02.2023 in Case Crime No. 0042 of 2023, under Section 363 IPC, Police Station Kothibhar, District Maharajganj.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that F.R. No. B-11/2023 has been forwarded on 02.04.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
