¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

29.1.2022 giving rise to Case Crime No. 49 of 2022, under Sections-8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station-Jhunsi, District-Prayagraj.

¶3The impugned F.I.R. is under N.D.P.S. Act. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition pertaining to offences under the N.D.P.S. Act.
