¶1The grievance of the petitioner relates to payment of her honorarium as a Mediator/Counsellor appointed by the District Legal Services Authority, Gorakhpur. The petitioner claims to have worked for a period of 280 days.

¶2The petitioner may make a representation before the President, District Legal Services Authority, Gorakhpur bringing to his notice all the necessary facts, who on receiving the said representation shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation alongwith the certified copy of this order.
