¶1The issue raised in the present petition between the petitioner and respondent nos. 5 to 10 appears to be a private dispute regarding possession over the disputed property.

¶2The petitioner claims to be in possession of the disputed property and alleges that the respondent nos. 5 to 10 are illegally interfering in the possession of the petitioner.

¶3The issue in the present writ petition involves disputed question of fact and therefore it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶4The petitioner may exercise any other remedy available to him in law.
