¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.03.2023 in Case Crime No.138 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station Sahaswan, District Budaun.
¶3Shri Hemant Sharma, Advocate holding brief of Shri Amir Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
