¶1None appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the revised call. However, learned AGA for the State-respondent is present.

¶2Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court S.S.P. Bareili submitted a report dated 13.12.2023 which as been filed as flag 'C' and according to it, applicant has already been released from jail by the order of learned Additional Civil Judge(Senior Division-I), Bareilly.

¶3As applicant has already been released from the jail and he is not in custody, therefore, the instant bail application has become infructuous.
