¶1Heard Shri Niraj Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and Shri Suneel Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.09.2022 in Case Crime No.0207 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 308 IPC & Sections 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station Bhagatpur, District Moradabad.

¶3Shri Suneel Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.3 submitted that the Charge-sheet No.173 of 2022 has been filed on

16.11.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
