¶1The issue raised in the present petition relates to a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 6.

¶2The issue raised in the petition involves disputed questions of fact and the rights of the parties regarding their share in the disputed property can be decided only on evidence.

¶3In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

¶4The writ petition is dismissed.
