¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 17.09.2022 in Case Crime No.0358 of 2021, under Sections 323, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jasrana, District Firozabad.

¶3Learned A.G.A. submitted that the Charge-sheet No.482 of 2022 has been filed on 22.11.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
