¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Usha Kiran, learned counsel for the Electricity Department.

¶2The petitioner, for refund of the security upon permanent disconnection of the electricity supply, had applied on 11.10.2023. His grievance is that, his representation dated 11.10.2023 is not being adjudicated upon.

¶3Without going into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, we direct the Electricity Department to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2023 within two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
