¶1The prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner as contained in her representations dated 23 January, 2023 and 4 April, 2023 for revaluation of acquired land and structure by carrying out survey and to make supplementary award.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that on 03.02.2023 the Competent Authority has directed for survey of the land of the petitioner. He submits that thereafter no further action has been taken in the matter.

¶3Having regard to the admitted position that the Competent Authority has already issued order for survey, we do not find any good ground to issue any further direction.

¶4It is left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority, so that further action is taken in the matter in accordance with law.
