¶2Heard Sri Virendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajai Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.

¶3This is third bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated

23.03.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 19147 of 2021 and the second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20561 of 2022 (Lokesh Kumar Versus State of U.P.).

¶4Learned counsel for the applicant submits that bail application of the applicant dated 10.10.2023 be dismissed as not pressed.

¶5As prayed, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed. (Order on Criminal Misc. Parole Application No. Nil of 2023)

¶1Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a parole application dated 06.10.2023 has been filed in the present matter, the same be dismissed as not pressed.
